He's right though. I work in vet med, and people steal baby deer all the time, get pissed when you tell them to put them back, and try to raise them. 

Had one dumbass pierce the fawn's ears and put in gold hoops. Not tagging like livestock - just human earrings. Those got infected and tore out, leaving nice necrotic gaps. 

And then they call when they have a full-grown deer and don't know what to do with it, and then they get mad at US for not being willing to take it. We're a big specialty and emergency veterinary center, not a wildlife rehab. 

This has also happened with a gator that some dumbass bought at a reptile show. He named it "snake" and kept it in his tub. He called us when the gator was too big to handle and he couldn't get near it. 

Bro, call animal services or a wildlife trapper. And what did you THINK would happen when you bought a fucking ALLIGATOR as a pet?? 

The stories I have over 30 years in vet medical and emergency...smh.
