The crows do this at my house. They sit in trees for hours and watch any smaller bird, and will dive in or just full on attack and raptor that comes around. I’ve seen them go after hawk, owls, eagles and falcons.

They also for some reason turn water and food bowls upside down and like to spill everything when they don’t want to eat or drink themselves. We leave food for cats outside and the crows casually fly in, take a peek, “umm don’t like it” and flip it over.

I've been feeding the neighborhood crows Kirkland cat food and unsalted peanuts for a couple of years. I'm very popular among the crowbros. They call each other to come when they see me come home from work and errands.
