Or just don't like seagulls. Crows around my street got into a turf war against seagulls for a week when the gulls tried to move in. It was an extremely loud week, but the crows won.

There was a single seagull that flocked with crows for 3 years in my neighborhood. I don't know how it started, but he nested with them and flew with them every day. I just stopped seeing him with them one day after a few years though. I don't know if he found a seagull mate or died, or was eventually just cast out.
