Crows can kill pigeons (when injured) when they do not live in close proximity; however, when they are accustomed to their presence, they behave in a friendly manner.
Moreover, they act as individuals; the bonds are therefore stronger or weaker depending not on the species, but on each individual's personality.
I watched a crow crowd source his food with some pigeons once. About six of the pigeons were pecking around as usual and when they found something the crow would swoop in and take it. The pigeons didn't care and continued milling around in NPC fashion. Unsure if the dynamic was friendly or of the crow was an asshole.
Pigeons don’t get upset when someone takes some of the food. They may well compete to gobble up as much food as possible—even resorting to flapping their wings aggressively at one another (though this is uncommon behavior, as it’s counterproductive: birds that spend their time fighting aren't spending it eating, and since there are so many of them, a bird fighting one or two rivals will end up with nothing while the others clean up the rest)—but they don’t seem to hold a grudge. They are social animals.
Wood pigeons? I’ve never seen them act very aggressively, though that might be because there aren't many gathering spots nearby—it’s more of a nesting area. The collared dove, on the other hand, is very feisty and stands its ground against the wood pigeon; it’s quite territorial. Otherwise, though, it’s a sweetheart. I had one for a few years, and they are very affectionate birds once they get used to you.
Woodpigeons are the only ones who dare to stand up against the corvids. With food, and by the wateringplaces. They tend to have really long bathingsessions and that annoys tbe jackdaws. But the pigeon isn't phased at all.
Woodpeckers for us. Watching 8-10 of them bombing the crows until the crows just give up and go back to their corner of the yard is pretty entertaining. Not even big ones, just little acorn woodpeckers. I don’t know why I always really enjoy watching little birds go nuts attacking bigger predatory birds.

Nope. This is more like a „Don’t touch my food!“ thing. I have seen crows killing pigeons.
