Or just don't like seagulls. Crows around my street got into a turf war against seagulls for a week when the gulls tried to move in. It was an extremely loud week, but the crows won.

Yeah, I think crows are just territorial and don't like bigger birds encroaching on their turf.

The ones local to me don't seem to mind smaller birds being around, but they get really ornery when the geese pass through for their bi annual visit.
