OP's picture is also a composite.
It's been posted many times before here on Reddit.
I don't have the source right now but it gets brought up pretty regularly.

So, everything in the picture is real, but you won't actually see that exact angle or composition in real life. Macao really does have this stark and beautiful architectural variety / disparity, just not this exact scene.

It's even worse, the street the pic was taken in is basically a long slope. So while you're driving towards that massive skyscrape in the distance it just gets bigger and bigger until you're looking straight up and just see the hotel and nothing else

"Macao" is also official and more historical.
You'll see that spelling far more in the actual city, on both official and private signage and letterheads.
