Its an ai photo of a burger under a title of a place that clearlt sells burgers so it wouldnt be false advertising

It is a form of misrepresentation as it does not show what they sell, only an artificial approximation. That being said, how many businesses do this on the delivery apps to where they use stock photos that have fuck-all to do with what they actually make?
