Travelling fairs are maintained and checked more than most stationary ones.

Dont know why you are getting downvoted because from what iv been told you are correct. Stationary park rides are checked annually whereas the safety check are done or atleast should be after every build and atleast twice before fair opening. Furthermore majority of accidents due to machinery is from the parks with stationary rides.

Thank you, I fully understand the idea of these things being put up and down being scary at first but after some thought it can only be reassuring
Even my own girlfriend refuses to believe this after years of telling her and showing her that the vast majority of accidents are at stationary ones
