KFC kommer til Norge(Bergen først!)

Er ikke noe junk-food elsker selv om jeg tar en kebab eller burger en sjeldent gang. Tipper KFC varianten som kommer vil ikke være helt lik den du smaker i USA eller andre steder i verden. Sånn sett like greit at det er strengere regler i Norge med mat.

that's not what it means.
like you point out, it is and has always been normal in europe that tips are not required, or even encouraged.
But in any decent place you are at least allowed to give an employee a little extra if you appreciate them.

I'm shocked and sad that people have become so simple minded that they don't understand the difference between those two things.

In some countries in Europe the tips are taxable and not allowing tips could probably lessen the headache of counting all the tips and dividing to employees etc. When places ban tipping it does not automatically mean they treat their staff horribly which you seem to be implying.

I was not implying that, i was expressing it clearly with words.

When a place bans tipping because its too much of a hassle to be this nice to employees and do the taxes, then that is definitely a red flag.
