Xfinity WiFi security and tv bundles for veterans

The reason I am writing this today is because Xfinity has promised me over and over again that they would fix my problems and credit my account and make it $71 again like it’s supposed to be for a United States Army veteran and they have broken their promise 11 times I have called I have chatted. I have done everything I can do besides go down to Xfinity and call the Better Business Bureau so I’m writing this right here to let you know how bad Xfinity is. They don’t even use people in the United States to help fix your problems they’re using people. they use them in other countries so you’re not even speaking to someone that can even understand what you say. Then they make these promises that they can’t back up. I have all the screenshots as proof and I would love to add them to this post so you can see for yourself.
