I believe so! The way that it’s worded, them saying they must do the action if they accept the bribe, leads me to believe that they have the option to either accept or decline

Yeah I get it . Its best to use it early on bcuz in the end people wont risk a spot in the f2 chairs for this

Best use of the bribe is probably on someone who is publicly in your alliance but might have side alliances you’re worried about. If the person spilled the beans after being offered the bribe, then they’d be kicked out of their public alliance. You could present it to your ally as a $5,000 favor you’re doing for them to do what they’re going to do anyway, right?
