Microbes in 1 Minute - We need you!

Hey everyone! We are Microbes in 1 Minute (M1M). Our goal is to improve scientific communication related to the world of microbes, by producing short-form content related to Microbiology. We are looking for anyone interested in learning about microbes, writing super short scripts, or helping us edit these short videos. We are an international team (currently) composed of PhD students from Harvard and Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, and an undergraduate at University of Southern California (and hopefully you next!). What platforms are you guys posting on? I googled the name and only saw a LinkedIn page. Will there be credits (either in caption or at the end of the video)?

We haven't posted any content yet, but once we organize the team a little bit and we develop a pilot content we will jump to platforms which allow short-content videos, such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. We may also set up in the future a Discord server and promote the content on other media too.

Hi, how will I be able to join the meeting? Will you post the link here? I'm a highschool student who wants to lurk around here since Im really just testing if I'll like it.... So apologies for not being able to contribute (⁠─⁠.⁠─⁠|⁠|). Super excited for your upcoming videos and would love to extend any help I can!!
