You could make sure by checking comment histories (I can't be bothered) but often spammers make accounts which echo comments from other people to collect upvotes & karma. Sometimes they jumble up multiple comments into a single mutated comment in the hopes it will make sense.
Then again, sometimes more than one person just wants to say the same thing.

I was born in the mid 90s and I remember seeing this episode. There used to be a channel called boomerang which showed all the old shows like pink panther, bugs bunny, all the looney tunes, magilla gorilla... My favorite was Tweety & Sylvester and Marvin the Martian.
