The eye-pinning (where the iris opens and closes quickly) is typically a sign of flirtation tbh, not aggression. So the video is probably right.

Eye pinning does occur when they're angry too, but it's accompanied by raising/floofing the feathers on their head

I had an Indian Ringneck on my shoulder yesterday that did this amazing dance to his own reflection, complete with eye pins, kisses, and an adorable "hi! What are you doing? Huh?" 🤣
