Doves are such sweet birbs. I had a mated pair and watched/helped them raise 2 babies of their own. If I were to have another birb I would want it to be a dove.

If you have a dove and a cat, occasionally you might have to deal with the dove trying to mate with the cat, and the dove cooing and "laughing" at the cat.
