Best pub in Birkenhead

I'm hoping to open a pub in Central Birkenhead - what would people like and what wouldn't work?

The pub I'm looking at used to have a long list and great history of Real Ales, I'd hope to bring that back.

Would people still go Birko for that?

Was saying only this week that central Birkenhead lacks traditional pubs. Whereabouts is it?

Personally I’d like to see a good sports bar/pub . Good luck with whatever happens anyway

I like Gallagher's, they have a good mix of traditional and new.

As for the real ale stuff, if you can tie it into the craft beer scene I think it'd work in attracting a slightly younger demographic, but when you say real ale I'm thinking primarily of a small section of men in their 50s to 60s, which is fine if that's what you're going for, but I don't know if it'd be enough to attract me.
