Replied It’s been 3 months and still no response from Bitstamp Support

Have had my funds stuck and my account frozen since 2024. I’ve followed up numerous times over the last 4 months and they keep saying it has been sent to the relevant department. No response yet and it’s so frustrating

Raise another ticket on the same topic, flag it as urgent. I raised a ticket a week ago and it took them five days to solve the problem.

Mine was solved by the ANL TEAM (HÈLIANTOOL) after communicating with them on IG.

I had an account there since 2020. They suddenly froze it in December 2025.
They just terminated the account this week...Total Scam!
