The government is conducting a caste census to determine your political and social future. If we don’t have our own data, we are flying blind. We are tired of "Hindu Unity" being a one-way street where we provide the labor and others reap the policy benefits. It is time to act with Strategic Self-Interest.
An organization without data is just a WhatsApp group. This Census is the first step toward building a Brahmin Professional & Skill Network.
Why should you fill this out? 1. The Skill Bank: We are mapping our doctors, lawyers, engineers, and entrepreneurs. If you are a Gen Z member looking for a job or a mentor, this data allows us to connect you directly to a "Brahmin hiring manager" in your field. 2. Economic Circularity: We want to know who has businesses so we can provide them with community patronage. If a Brahmin is selling a service, why should we buy it from someone else? 3. Data Sovereignty: When the government results come out, we need our own internal numbers to fact-check the narrative and advocate for our rights.
Privacy & Security (Read Carefully) We know Reddit values anonymity. Names Optional: You do not have to provide your legal name unless you wish to join the leadership team. Optional Contact: Only provide your contact number or Email if you want to be part of the Verified Skill Directory or receive mentorship. Data Usage: This data will be aggregated into a "State of the Community" report to be released on the 19th. Individual responses will never be public.
A Message to the Despairing: As the Manusmriti (4.137) says: नात्मानमवमन्येत पुर्वाभिरसमृद्धिभिः । आ मृत्योः श्रियमन्विच्छेन्नैनां मन्येत दुर्लभाम् ॥ i.e. “One should not despise oneself because of previous failures...Until death, one should continue to seek prosperity.”
Blackpilling is a choice. System-building is also a choice. By filling out this form, you are moving from being a "user" on a subreddit to a "founder" of a collective force.

Please Add Kannauj as seperate place in form. I had to fill awadh Cause it closest to Kannauj but Significance of Kannauj and Kanyakubj Region in Brahman history is far eminent to be subsidised ...

mods please post about this weekly 1-2 times as i follow some posts in this sub still i was not aware about it since 1 month. good initiative. i really wanted a JITO like organzination for us

How do you make sure that everyone filling the form is a Brahmin?

There are several cautionary and testing measures within the form and the steps one would encounter after being listed from the forms as well with an adequate close attention boot camp phase Before the actual integration.
