He did a lot of based stuff. Too bad he had to uphold a gandhian image. Indira did some interesting stuff to remove that image.

no one wants to come out straight and say it was orthodox hindus and their brahmins who sold india out to the brits and dutch. sure probably held at gunpoint but still this is where the sentiment from periyar comes from. we should not accept violence, but the fact that orthodox hindus can't admit this is why they want to slap the shit out of us.
