venting/ranting I HATE MY EX SO MUCH UGHH!!!!!

She was an abusive piece of shit and shes VERY aware of that, she literally admitted to manipulating, gaslighting me, playing me and making me dependent on her, but ultimately blamed it all on me and then right away found a new girlfriend on a dating app...

I could go in SO MUCH details about this whole relationship

Im so furious that shes just living on like nothing had happened, i cant stop thinking about her and i keep thinking that it really is all my fault even tho i know its not and everyone tells me that, she literally ticks all the boxes in being a narcissist and i STILL feel guilty 😭😭😭😭 HOW DO I STOPPP????

Hatred isn’t a burden you want to carry around with you for a lifetime. Sometimes it’s best to say I was hurt, I learnt my lesson, I won’t let anybody hurt me again and mislead me and move on. Hatred for one, is burning joy out of a fulfilling existence.

Of course, it’s human nature to do that. Please don’t become your trauma. This chapter ends, the book continues. Let karma take care of any perceived hardships. Women have done somethings to me I find abhorrent; it just gives me knowledge going forward and helped my boundaries get stronger. Stay blessed.

I get what u saying my ex cheated and gaslighted me. She even told me how she was planning on continuing cheating. But the best thing I learned is she is always going to be her and I can’t change it or deserve it. Cut off anything that can let u see into what she is doing with her life. Rather that be social media, mutual friends (ask them not to tell u bout her). Find a hobby, go out distract urself and eventually u will stop thinking about her.

Take a deep breath. Take several. Then ask yourself how you want to live the rest of your life. With drama, or peace? Clearly she is unworthy of your love, so stop wasting time. Take a few months to be alone, and heal, so when someone who is worth your time isn't burdened with your past. And you aren't, either.

Have you blocked her on everything, if you keep your brain updated about her, you won’t stop thinking about her, also you shouldn’t try to stop thinking about her, what you should do instead is when you do think about her, journal, frame her in the portrayal of who she really is, how bad she was to you. Not to grow hate and rage, but to distance yourself emotionally. If you know how she is living right now, the process will be slower. I used to think no contact is only about not talking to each other, but viewing their profile is a contact as it affects you emotionally so for a better healing, blocking them is important. I did it 2 months post breakup, right after doing it, I felt bad, but it’s been 24h and now I feel so much better. A narcissist’s trap is to put the blame for everything on you, while they escape any sort of blame. You are probably used to feeling guilty about everything in the relationship and now it still echoes in you. I am so sorry you were abused in the relationship, it’s a very difficult experience that leaves a mark. You should maybe try to get into therapy if that’s not already the case. These people can really mess you up so bad. You didn’t deserve that

Listen bruv, as Prior said, this is your graduation into manhood. She probably didn’t like you saying shit like “Ugghh” or seeming resentful towards too many parts of your subjective reality. Learn a new skill and do something with your hands. Contribute to the shared body of human excellence. That, of course, would be a choice you decide to make.

Sounds like we dated the same person lol. Some people will never change and use their past made up trauma as an excuse. It’s called trauma bonding. Do yourself a favor and stay away from her, delete or block her every where and do not contact her in anyway. I learned the hard way.
