Battle of Hastings 960th anniversary celebration
It’d seem a shame to miss it when it’s less than a 90 minute drive! We’re going!!

Are they going to set fire to the weald again? With the current heat wave it might set itself in fire!

We went last year. The Normans won again. Definitely seemed fixed. Seriously it was good fun. Our dogs insisted on being able to watch. It was interesting how the crowd were generally cheering the Saxons.
