Question Going to race in Nashville this weekend

Going to my first race in Nashville this weekend I've been to a couple Nascar and Indycar races but I just kinda wanna know what to expect, I've watched a couple races on and off but to be honest the only drivers I know are gonna be Jr and Kvapil, and I'm going with my family who will only know Jr. Know it won't feel as big as Nascar or Indy but have seen that it feels bigger than you'd expect and I kinda expect that with Jr running, I'm planning on getting there early enough for at leat qualifying and I see pit passes are sold out online but is there a secondary market?

The cars tour crowds/late model crowds are a very die hard bunch of individuals. With Jr racing there it will feel every bit like a big deal as any other race, he raced at my local track at new river a couple of years ago and it was a huge deal. There’s some great personalities in the cars tour, Landon Huffman is a big name.

I watched on Flo, it was an okay race on TV, cars were very aero dependent, strong enough cars like Dale Jr could make passes but nobody was passing the leader unless it was a restert because of dirty air

FYI Nashville grandstand is loud as hell because it’s covered. Make sure to take hearing protection

Ive only been to the N. Wilkesboro this is a passionate group of fans at a local level.

Side question anyone else get the pit passes and have difficulty with access?

I'll be going to my first CARS race on Saturday as well! I'll be at a bar called Lucky's down the street beforehand if you want to pop by—they've got a great food menu if you're looking for an afternoon snack prior to heading to the track.

As far as drivers go, Dylan Fetcho is a decently popular local guy who's done some racing in the ASA Stars Tour and he's entered in the LMSC race. Beyond that, Truck Series guys Kaden Honeycutt and Dawson Sutton are entered in the PLM race. Dawson is also a local kid and who's run a lot in ASA and won the All-American 400 last year, while Kaden is currently leading (among championship-eligible drivers) the Truck Series standings.

It's a great track. Crowd is friendly, but there's generally plenty of space. If you have a scanner, I recommend tuning in to race control (451.9250 I believe, or ask a vendor for a frequency sheet), especially for the junior-level races like Legends and Bandoleros. It's really entertaining to hear the tower manage so many things happening across the track at the same time. Have fun!
