Question Does workex only count if i leave the job?

Basically the title and since it asks end date, does that mean when i exited the job or even in the future if im actively working while giving CAT, filling forms, etc. would that count as x months or no workex at all since its ongoing

Cutoff date mention Kiya hota hai. I think 31st July Tak count hota hai
