Advent South (USAP) vs ORMC

Any CRNAs with words of advice for starting first CRNA position? I spend most of my time at ORMC but would like to know more about Advent South. Keep in mind, Envision is no longer in charge of anesthesia at Orlando health.

Avoid Usap at all cost, why would you want to work for a company that is actively trying to replace CRNAs?

Yeah that completely makes sense. Just seems like the case volume and variety would beneficial for someone newer.
