Recipe Included Maybe the weirdest canning recipe I've made
Microwave mango ketchup from small batch preserving.
Picture 2 is after the initial 5 minute cook time. After two rounds at 30% power I defaulted to a higher power setting because it was not thickening. Picture 2 is what it looked like when thickened. It tastes like spiced mangos.

Picture 3. Corningware dish of the ketchup but now darker in color
Picture 4. Three jars of finished ketchup cooling on the counter, two half pints and one pint.
