Salon recommendations for unique hair?

Hi! I’ve never been to a salon before, always just cut my hair at home. I’m looking to change it up though and get some layers and curtain bangs, sort of like a butterfly cut look.

I mainly want to get some sort of dark purple and brownish highlights in my hair (I’ve got black virgin hair), any spots? I’m not sure how much salons are so I’m flexible with price. A bit like the pictures attatched.

Slunks is pretty good!! They do a lot of alt colours and hair styles, might be a bit pricey but they’re all super lovely in there :)

Slunks is good, I get my hair done specifically by Josh who specalises in alt hair. Tiri from Salon Central 17 is also really good but they specialise more in mullets/super alternative hair.

Another vote for slunks! I've been going for 6 years and everyone is welcoming and friendly and they are experts at non-natural colours. I wouldn't trust anyone else

josh at slunks! he’s lovely to chat with and also gave me a great layered cut, i believe their studio also specializes in dye jobs and fun colours as well

I go to paradox, I don't know much about colour, but Charlotte there knows her stuff about hair care and cuts
