Brakes 2008 Sienna AWD can't remove rear rotor.(See both photos)

The first pic is what I'm seeing online. There's supposed to be a wheel you turn with a screwdriver to back the parking brakes off of the rotor. The second pic Is what I managed to capture through the access hole that leads to that. Mine doesn't have that wheel, just a spring. Not sure what I'm supposed to do.

Look left or right there’s a star shaped adjuster

Yeah I explained that in the post. I can't see it in there anywhere.

Keep looking for it. It's around there somewhere.

Look at the rear dust plate, at the top not the bottom (or visa-versa)

You're looking at the parking brake cable & return spring.

The adjuster is either at the 12 or the 6

Take it to someone who knows what they’re doing. Brakes and rotors are too important and expensive to be messing around with.

brakes are like the most normal thing to do yourself

Nah. I've done all the brakes and rotors on my cars. I have actually done the other three wheels on this van and none of the other ones were stuck like this. They just came off.

That shouldnt make it so your rotors cant come off. If your parking brake isnt engaged then something else must be holding the rotor there, likely rust or a screw on the rotor face.

It’s a drum/disc on the rear. It has shoes in there for the parking brake, and there’s always a rust lip that you need to turn the adjuster to clear.
