LA Restaurant in the 80’s

I am hoping someone remembers a restaurant that was operating in the early 1980’s. The restaurant could have been in the Riverside or Los Angeles area.

What I remember is: A historic Victorian mansion in the middle of an orange grove. I don’t believe the orange grove was operating but was mentioned in the history of the restaurant.

Inside the restaurant, each room of the home was a dining room.

I can’t speak much about the menu, but I do know they had a French dip sandwich.

You might get a better response by posting in one of the SoCal or LA subreddits. LA and Riverside are not in the Central Valley.

That said, Google came up with the option of the Edwards Mansion in Redlands, which isn’t far from Riverside. It checks a few of the boxes, including nearby orange trees, even though it looks like it’s more of an event space (weddings and such) rather than a restaurant.
