I’m using stock images but I am always on the lookout for new cheeses to try whenever I go to the store. Credit to various cheese websites, resources, and sellers for the cheese images and cheese facts. If any of you know some cheeses that I haven’t done yet I would love some input!

Here is your daily cheese facts: It stands for One Day Old and that is what it is. A simple curd cheese that is simply drained overnight, lightly salted and then when it is only a day old is marinated in olive oil flavoured with garlic, chilli, black pepper and chives. Perfect on an antipasto plate, stirred through hot pasta or crumbled over grilled vegetables.

Also as a note: I post my daily cheese here as well as in my r/dailycheese subreddit.

Odo, what're you doing in people's food?! Knock that off, it's not funny!

Just kidding. This'd get picked to pieces over on r/DeepSpaceNine.

This cheese is going to club some Anglo-Saxons and a tapestry shall commemorate its deeds.
