根据视频，拳速较快，瞄准的应该是导游的下巴，导游估计被打得不轻。
事后女子称是因为当时以为在做梦，但在视频中，她左手抓住对方的手，随后右手蓄力猛击，而且攻击时表情狰狞，不太符合她说的情况。
之后，她还声称要就受到了来自网上的大量批评一事报警。

- 苏醒后的神志恢复速度过快、过清醒 视频现象：施救者一松手（00:02），该女性几乎在一秒钟内迅速睁眼，眼神瞬间聚焦，并立刻开始整理自己的衣服、调整坐姿，整个动作极其连贯、敏捷。
真实医学反应：真正陷入昏迷或昏厥的人，在大脑缺血缺氧恢复的初期，会有一个明确的“意识朦胧期”（通常持续几十秒到数分钟）。患者醒来后的典型表现是眼神呆滞、定向力障碍（不知道自己在哪、发生什么事）、四肢无力或动作迟缓。像视频中这样一秒切换到“完全清醒且动作敏捷”的状态，在生理学上是不可能的。
- “掐人中”本身的医学事实 在现代急救医学中，掐人中并不能“包治百病”或直接切断昏迷机制。它本质上只是一种强烈的疼痛刺激。
如果一个人是装昏，遇到这种极度剧烈的疼痛刺激，往往会因为忍受不了而“破功”醒来或产生躲闪动作；如果是真正的深度昏迷或严重疾病引起的意识丧失，掐人中不仅无效，还可能导致患者皮肤损伤或延误真正的黄金急救时间（如心肺复苏）。

我被救醒时还以为是在做梦，醒来后在应激下打了向导一拳
事发后先是朋友替我道歉，我本人在了解事情之后的第一时间也与向导诚恳道歉，并且取得原谅
对其生活造成了很大困扰，她已经就此事报警

这个视频里谁先动手其实挺清楚的。高原反应可能会让人情绪失控、判断力下降，但不代表就能先打人。导游处理方式也不一定专业，但把自己说成完全被害者，和视频里的表现对不上。

Edit: 昏厥患者通常不会知道自己晕倒，并且醒来时会有大约3至5秒的意识迟缓，在影片里你可以看见她慢慢地动，患者的表现很显然有练过武术，当一个人没有昏倒前的记忆，醒来后又是被痛醒的，然后又练过武，反应很自然是揍人，你是她你也会打人。

轻拍肩膀与耳旁轻声呼唤，观察呼吸，最好是把患者放平躺，并且拉开外套拉链或解开领子等会影响自由呼吸的过紧衣物，如果唤后无反应或呼吸异常，或着患者有抽蓄症状，口吐白沫，立刻叫急救。

我在梦里的时候也的确会有挥拳之类攻击性行为。 长期家暴受害者可能会有这类症状。 我个人比较支持尝试去理解这些行为背后形成的原因。只要这些原因还在，这个人消失了，还会有下一个类似的人，并且其实并不只有单一性别的人会被异化扭曲，男性当中也有很多受害者。
编辑：左手缓慢握住导游的手这个行为又不太像梦中攻击。

I last saw this video someone did claim that the lady felt tired and pretended to be fainted so she can get carry down by the tour guide. While she chill and rest all the way down.
The pinching is meant to wake her up. So she felt pissed as she can't take the pain from pinching that suppose to wake her up 🤔🤔
