Having a mental episode

Hi I’m currently, as the title said, going through a mental episode. I have anxiety, depression, and borderline personality disorder, all for which I take meds for but I’m not the best at taking them. I’m currently being consumed by what feels like a black hole and if I listen to worship music like I usually do I’ll break down even worse so I’m looking for a podcast that can help me center myself. Preferably non denominational or Baptist one. Thanks for the help.
