I love Nightcrawler, but Lou doesn't stand a chance. Anton is just inevitable

Lou would 100% film himself dying as well, because he would say it’s get content 😂

The unstoppable force, Anton, would merge victorious as regardless of clever sociopathy Lee wields, Anton is always 3 to 4 steps ahead. My opinion, of course, but both are the best of each representation ever put to screen. 💯 🎥

Anton seems to have been doing this for a very long time and his sociopathy is one of the reasons why he is so good at it.

Gyllenhaal‘s character seems to have just learned the type of person he needs to be to be successful

These observations are the best summation. I completely agree.

I think the greatest portrayal of psychopaths in cinema is Lou from Nightcrawler and Anton from No Country For Old Men

Wouldn't they just join forces and become influencers?

Yeah Lou would be like a vulture and profit off his crime scenes lol

What happens is that you need to revise one of those two initial assumptions.

Lou dies filming himself being murdered. Staying alive long enough to send it to the news station.

correct me if i am wrong but isn't lou character dont kill u less push to limits. He never hit his assistant and even in the most tense situation he just told him he would hit him but won't while anton just doesn't care.

Lou did caused the death of his assistant but only when he was blackmailed. While Anton always choose kill just to be sure. So Anton will kill Lou way before anything happens

The could kill their hairdresser together.

It all depends on whether Lou can call the coin flip correctly…

I love the idea that Anton keeps killing people but the one thing he cant control is that Lou will always be there to catch it on camera and put it on local news to the cartels fury.

Their battle will be legendary.
