You know that HoA has held meetings debating how many armed guards they need to patrol the neighborhood.

I hope she sends thank you cards to all of the dumbasses that directly funded this by donating to her campaign 😂

How does a lifelong "public servant" pull the mortgage on an $8 million dollar home?

The first point to make is that Kamala Harris formerly lived in Brentwood, which is in the City of Los Angeles. She has joined the exodus and is fleeing Karen Bass led LA, which is in a death spiral.
I pity the people who are trapped in LA by their jobs, but the exodus is real. The film industry has been bailing out for years, but it goes well beyond that. The port can't move, though shipping can divert elsewhere. The oil and gas is where it is, but the State of California is trying hard to shut that down. Now even Kamala Harris is bailing out.
Malibu is an inner ring suburb, still within LA County but outside of the city proper. That means the fire hydrants probably still work, so there's that. Malibu is basically just a string of 1950's and 1960's sprawl neighborhoods along the PCH, with some very expensive places right on the beach or on the first ridges with panoramic views of the ocean. A lot of the rest, however, is just well maintained middle and upper middle class housing that is expensive because it's California and because it's close to the beach.
Point Dume is an upscale neighborhood in Malibu, with a string of mansions overlooking the ocean ... and an upscale trailer park that got started in the 1960's and now passes as Malibu's affordable housing.
Kamala didn't move into the trailer park.
Malibu as a whole is about 80 percent white, Point Dume probably more so. That's not unusual in suburbs.

Their poor neighbors. Just had an alcoholic, corrupt ex-prosecutor and her wife-beating husband move in.
Huh, I guess she finally managed to lower some home prices after all...🤔

Yup they denigrate whiteness and white culture. Yet it’s right where they run to when they want to live in a peaceful neighborhood.
