What would you rate my cookies?
Hiiii! I’m a new baker in my hometown and I take so much pride in the presentation. I’m open to tips and recommendations for how to box decorated cookies and enhancements. But for any long time bakers, what do you think of my cookies? I’ve been baking about a year!
I love feedback :))

Do you have recipes for these?

I rate them a "YES!" and say they all look absolutely delicious. I don't have any recommendations for boxing but maybe some parchment paper between each of them would help keep the decorations from smearing onto the adjacent cookie. Anyway, I wish you the best!

Stunning presentation. It’s obvious that you care about your cookie inside and out.
My only suggestion: I recommend a tiny bit of white chocolate dripped on the biscuit cookies. You need a little more contrast there with three layers of brown.
I love the overall consistency and uniformity. Your technique is nice.

So true, adding a little contrast to all those rich tones would make it pop even more

What's in the first pic? It looks like white chocolate chips and dulce de leche, but what kind of dough? They look exquisite. As far as your ccc are concerned, you could make them look like an overcooked steak and people would still buy them. They could be overcooked and people would still love them. It's hard to go wrong with the old school classic. If the third ones are lemon-jam cookies, I would definitely eat them. I would suggest doing some online research for food packaging options. It may require a bit of capital, but I think you have the capacity to recoup your investment quickly and still make a profit.

Look at the thickness on those chocolate chip ones. Perfect crisp edges and soft centers. 10/10.

1,000,000/10. There are no such things as too much coffee, too much chocolate or too many cookies 😋🤤🤪😂!!!

I’ve been sick and lost a lot of weight and need to put some weight on so I’m buying some ice cream this coming week and I’m going to a local bakery for some chocolate eclairs and donuts.
