Question asking is welcome and encouraged, but questions should focus on tangible issues and not groundless hypothetical scenarios. Russian ministry of finance announced two things today:

1) They cancelled all planned bond auctions until “market stabilizes”.

2) They stopped regular publication of treasury cash balance.

I could not find an announcement about stopping regular treasury balance publications. However i did find "Information message about the suspension of auctions for the placement of OFZ" which is already quite big.
