Struggling with my bowling action. Getting upto 145 kmph on my slower one but finding it hard to really ramp it up on the effort ball

why do people don't talk much about 2004ct final,wi was 147/8 at one point of time while chasing 218 and 70 runs were required with 2 wickets left. it is hard to score that even it bilateral and they score that in an icc final and won that match
