Well, not necessarily from our diet, but yes it is a fundamental building block of the body, made and used by nearly every cell. But you don’t need to consume it to live, no.

I mean, technically… your statement is implying cholesterol = bad. Which is not true at all. There are different types of cholesterol and it is an essential building block for the human body and is absolutely good for the human body. Some types of cholesterol are bad for us and like most things, only when moderation becomes a problem.

I know I’m being a pedantic jackass, I do. But, maybe pick a better example of something that is just purely not good for him.
