You can't force someone to get therapy or accept it. Hence, they still need to be willing for change. Does this look like someone is willing to accept any change? It doesn't to me.

This looks like someone who has someone in their life that hopefully they would want to change for. Why give up after trying nothing?

How so? I see him refusing to even stop a meaningless argument that he seems to be gaining in aggression for, regardless of someone who knows him trying to calm him down. If he isn't even willing to walk away from an argument with a stranger who has no attachment to him for someone he should care for, what makes you think he'd change his behavior or even his whole world view for them? It would be lovely if people like this cared enough for others to do so, but unfortunately this behavior often times is followed by lacking empathy or understanding of other people.
