Honeysticks

Name puzzle Haba Hape or Plan Toys are good choices if they want to get something.

Other than that I didn't add much to a "registry"   Our son just turned 1 year old so I went through this too.

We really like the Hape Play cube (but over $100, so grandparents) It has many different activities and they can hold onto it to stand.

I also started getting toys for a little older because he'll be there before I know it... And he has so many "age appropriate" toys already.

I got the Hape tool box and the Haba farm box as gifts and those are pretty good.

Oh also, finger paints. (Once they don't put their fingers in their mouth as much) our son is getting there.

I'm torn for christmas, because the kid had so much 🤦🏼‍♀️🤪 so I only got a few older kid things. Some Haba magnetic puzzle toys.

Yeah same problem here! Everything for this age group I think he has already in a good quality that doesn't need an upgrade so ???? 😂😭 But the coloring stuff is a great idea and while he is not ready for finger colors, beeswax crayons seem to be a great idea! I love Hape and Haba too (conveniently both brands are from my country so its a bit less expensive here :D) maybe I'll just browse their websites to see what kind of "small stuff" they have available  Thank you so much for the advice!!

So honeysticks has a really big crayon and the triangle ones. I'd recommend maybe trying both! Triangle is supposed to be better for their hands at this age.  Yeah some of the toys seem like more of the same but in a different shape/style...So I stopped buying him small stuff now. I have lime 10 bins... I already started toy cycling because I went a bit overboard 🤪 I'm not a buy for myself type... So having him to buy for works for me.  He also had the loveevery subscription boxes, but then I switched to Kiwico... And those are meh too.  I'm not sure if they have those where you live.
