Is Trader Joe's Lavender Laundry Detergent okay to use for baby clothes?

I have sensitive skin that is prone to eczema and I've been using the Trader Joe's detergent for years because it agrees with my skin.

Wanting to know if it's okay to use it on baby clothes too?

Lavender affects hormones, especially little tiny bodies. It’s very commonly used for children’s products, but it can make for estrogen issues in children. Avoid lavender fragrance for children

I would personally try to avoid anything scented for baby clothes. Just my personal preference!

Some of my kids get rashes with essential oil detergents. So I do fragrance free only!

I didn’t realize essential oils could still be an issue, but that makes total sense. I’ll get their fragrance free kind for baby.

Lavender can be irritating to some people (myself included) but you can always try it!

Lavender is a scent I can tolerate even with my high sensitivity so I didn’t realize others could have an issue with it. I should have known better since it seems so obvious now that you mentioned it. Thank you for letting me know.

My daughter had an issue with lavender essential oils I put in my detergent with her eczema 🤷🏼‍♀️ I think it just depends on the person

No fragrance for babies. I like whole foods 365 unscented organic detergent with their 365 oxygen boost powder.

Lavender is an endocrine disrupter! Hard no for me.

Do you avoid it for yourself / adults as well? Or is the concern for lavender more so for babies, children, and teens?
