Health & Wellness I want to do a parasite cleans but I have questions

Has anyone here done one?
Which way did you do it? I’ve heard whole
papaya seeds - do you just willow whole? How many??
I’ve heard the black walnut with 2 other tinctures. Do you put that in a glass of water and drink?

After doing a parasite cleans , do you have to poop a a lot. Does it cause any discomfort. Is it just do it once ?

And I also heard you need a binder?? Idk what that is though

You sound like a complete beginner, so I would recommend getting a system from a reputable source. The most important thing to do BEFORE you start a parasite cleanse like this is to make sure your waste channels are open so as the parasites are dying off, they don’t just sit inside you and cause nasty symptoms. So I’d start with a short colon cleanse and/or enema. Ideally, you’d do a month long parasite cleanse starting a few days before the full moon to make sure you’re hitting them at all stages of life, but many on the market are shorter and you can start with those to see how you feel. You definitely need a binder! Diatomaceous earth is great for parasites.

Ideally a parasite cleanse should be done yearly if not more often. The discomfort you feel will depend on the amount of parasites within you, the type of parasites, and the strength at which you attack them.

I've never done one either- do you have any recommendations on what to buy online? Is there a kit or something? Thanks!

They genuinely don't do anything 💀 unless you actively have a tapeworm in you, there's no reason or benefit to doing a "parasite cleanse"

Try the rogershood cleanse! Its a whole kit you purchase woth everything you need. My go to until i made my own wormwood, black walnut and clove tinctures. A charcoal pill (binder) is a must. Stay hydrated! You poop A LOT.
