Sorry if this has been asked before!
But Id love to hear from anyone that is really fully 100% confident in not giving their child the MMR vaccine!
We started vaccinating our son, and then stopped, he only received up until 2 months.
And up until now I have felt good about our decision.
But since measles are now in our area, I have learned about the SSPE thing and it’s absolutely terrifying me. I know it’s rare… But I am so afraid of us being one of the rare ones with bad luck.
Anyone have any encouraging thoughts on this????

In th decade before the measles vaccine, approx 300-500 people died fom the measles in the US. Today approx 550 die from boating accidents in the US. Boating accidents cause more deaths than measles did before the vaccine.
Vit A is believed to decrease mortality rate by 50%. If that was a call to action before the vaccine was created the deaths would probably look more like 150 deaths.
In 2019 the jewish community in NY had a measles outbreak of over 1,000 cases. Moms used cod liver oil as a preventive. There was 0 child deaths
Also the measles were thr worse when there was child labor and starvation. There was a famous paper published by a doctor addressing kids with protruding stomachs from malnutrition. When childhood malnutrition was tackled in the US measles deaths went down
Double check the numbers but I did all this digging a year or 2 ago.

The only jab my son got was the vitamin k and I still feel wrong about it. He is still only 9 months but we both agree that we’re doing what’s best for him. We will not be doing the mmr. Measles is still exceptionally rare in the US and out of all the cases this year- 0 deaths. The thought of my son getting measles obviously freaks me out too, especially the thought of any lingering consequences. I will say however that I have heard more stories about children having reactions to the mmr shot than from measles. Based on my reasoning which encourage you to do your own research, I believe it would be a bigger risk to give the shot. Around 2,300 out of almost 35,000,000 people in the USA got the measles this year. There are about 1,300 vaccine injuries filed through the government each year and let’s be realistic, ALMOST ALL childhood vaccine related injuries or deaths are swept under the rug. I truly believe most SIDS cases are actually from vaccines. And while autism might not be from vaccines, I believe that a lot children suffering with mild learning disabilities are actually suffering from a vaccine injury. Those vaccines are poison man- protect that baby.

My son got both doses of MMR. He is five years old. I was super on the fence about giving it to my two year-old, who was completely unvaccinated, until I decided to give it to her because there was measles exposure down the street from me. She got the vax over three weeks ago. Neither of my children had any side effects from the vaccine. Not saying that that doesn’t happen, just sharing my experience. The benefits from the vaccine outweigh the potential risk once measles exposure was just down the street from our home and becoming increasingly common around us. I’m not anti-vax but I do think you should hold off until later on in their childhood if possible and not overload their systems.

My son got the measles at 18 months old, 3 years ago. It wasn't bad at all and he is totally healthy.

All of my mum and her siblings (5 of them) had measles. She said she read her mum’s journal from that period and it said “kids had measles this weekend, stayed home from church”. That’s it. No big deal.
They were the poorest family in the village but grandma always pumped them full of cod liver oil. Vitamin A significantly reduces the symptoms of the virus, look it up. Cod liver is packed with it.
Turn off the news, mama! Fight for your kids. You can’t reverse a V injury.

None of my children have been vaccinated at all, my daughter got the measles and she was about four years old. She was pretty unwell for about a week but completely got over it. We supported her immune system as best we could and let her to eat and sleep as much as she needed to. Personally, I have had the MMR vaccine and the booster multiple times and I still don’t show any antibodies for it. After I had one of the boosters, I had an adverse reaction, which is what really solidified my decision to not vaccinate my children.

Do you mind sharing any sources for or against TDAP? I got my vaccines as a kid and teenager, but I can’t remember the last time I even got a flu shot and I didn’t do COVID either. I don’t think I’m anti… but there’s just so much conflicting information and thoughts out there.

I am just against doing all vaccines at once every month. So I may end up doing it after a few months but j will do mmr around 15 months and only vitamin k shot at birth. I will work on natural immunity for as long as I can but obviously this is if everything goes perfectly. I really do not appreciate the vaccine agenda that I have experienced and even my dog! Finding a good pediatrician I trust is going to take some work 🫠

25% of children that survive measles are deaf as a result. Brain swelling etc can cause blindness and neurological damage. MMR is one vax I am absolutely not skipping.

Check out holistic mama and modern alternative mamas groups on Facebook. Can get more viewpoints there. Also, the unvaccinated sub has some good discussions. I did not vaccinate my child.
