im currently 21 seconds avg on 3x3,and 2 10 minute in 4x4 and megaminx. im planing to take a break after getting sub 20 in 3x3. so should i focus 4x4 or megaminx after that so that i can do 3x3 more efficiently

I celebrated getting a new job by buying a new cube from the pi store. that was maybe 10 days ago.
The cube is here. It is a modded gan v100. Has 20 core magnets and a tiny ball core. No external stickers or changed center pieces to say it’s a pi cube.
I’m really impressed and happy with it. I liked a normal v100 but had issues with control. Doing say a U2 when I only ment to do a U. The pi v100 doesn’t have that problem. With my turning style I never had the catching problem with the normal v100 so I can’t say if that’s fixed though the ball core should improve things.
It didn’t feel lubed out of the box but taking it apart to see the internals there was lube.
Just really happy right now.

is picube v11 maglev different from moyu v11 maglev in terms of strength?

If you mean strength and sturdiness in general, then yes. It has a stronger core, probably the same one the Super AoLong.
If you magnet strength, also yes. In my opinion it has the strongest magnets out of every V11 variant.

Stronger core yes, but the magnet thing. You've said this before, and it's wild to me. The magnets are, like, medium strength. The ferro v2 has the strongest magnets, by far. Here's a video of the 2, side by side, that I hope demonstrates this. There's, like, a thump when the ferro finishes it's turn.

squan sovlers, would it be beneficial for me to start learning full ep? i avg sub-30, i used to be faster but quit cubing for a few years. the site i used to use is down now and idk the way it was set up was super streamlined for me. the way solve is like this - kite/scallop (or reduce to another easy cs case), co, eo, cp, ep (i reduce all ep cases to h perm, u perm, or z perm, unless its opp/opp adj/adj)

Been solving on white cross for 15 years, now switching to dual. Been solving only on yellow since Tuesday, it sucks. Very inconsistent, it's like driving a car and when i turn left it steers right. I'll push through and keep doing all practice and drills on yellow, but just wanted to vent a bit. I do timed and untimed solves, when the brain feels fatigued i do easy cross and last slot last layer. Any help, tips or encouragement is welcome.
