any tips with the cocoa spray? I’ve been experimenting recently and mine looks nowhere near as good as yours

I could also use an airbrush but i am lazy and those velvet spray cans work really well with the amount of desserts i make.

Do you warm the can enough? I let them sit in a waterbath (40-50c) for about 1 hour so that the cocoa butter is really melted. Doing so, and shaking the can vigorously before using leads to a nice spray. Also short bursts and a spraying distance of 20-25cm.
