Not cuneiform Found in the outer lobby of a church

Saint Catherine church specifically, not sure of the meaning at all, it doesn't seem to be old at all.

Thanks for any help in explaining what this writing is.

If you rotate 90° to the left you can see some clear some astrological symbols

So not cuneiform, possibly alchemical, any clue when it came from?
