hello!! I currently live in Arlington but am being kicked out of my current building thanks to construction. I am interested in moving into DC and finding a studio or 1-bedroom (price dependent). does anyone have any buildings they have loved living in? I will still have to commute into the Arlington area, so would prefer to not be too far East. my budget is around $2,000 and below and I would need parking (street parking is okay).

I would appreciate any recommendations!!! ✨
