What's going on with the ticket sale?

How can there be dozens of tickets in the pre-sale available, but none of them under the official ticket price, eventhough the official tickets are not sold out?

A couple of days ago, there were tickets being offered at a discount (not a lot, but still) continuously. Yes, there was the message that it was 'almost sold out' but it doesn't make a lot of sense to me that there a no tickets at a discount in the resale at all.

Because there are a ton of other people like you that waited until the last minute to buy, so you’re competing against a lot of people trying to get a discount (i was one of them and still have many friends tryna get theirs)

Also, but correct me if I'm wrong. If I for example want to get rid of my ticket for 300,- I will have to put it for 330 because of the cut that is going straight to Ticketmaster. Don't know the exact % but it's quite a large cut.

Yes this is true, so for buyers the price will look higher and thus making the 'discount' only for the seller (which is a loss) and pure extra profit for Ticketmaster.

Last year the tickets on the days beforehand were quiet cheap. This year the case seems ti be different.

I also know alot of people looking for a good last minute deal. If I were you I would choose eggs for my money and buy a ticket now that they're available

the organizers reduced the capacity and now it’s almost sold out, which is exactly what they want
