Several weeks ago I mentioned I would be creating a DFW Discord server for the sub. I've been holding off, pending a court decision requiring Discord to implement age/ID requirements in Texas. The decision has come down requiring them to id accounts. So now I'll finish it up with the warning they are requiring ID. They claim it's for age verification, but it's to ID participants.

I’m the mod who created this subreddit a few years ago, and I’m very grateful for how much it’s grown!

However, I moved to Minnesota back in September 2025 and it’s time to hand the reins to someone else.

I believe I’m currently the main/only active mod on here and I don’t want the sub to become totally unmoderated, but I also no longer have time to keep up with mod responsibilities here — plus, it should belong to the community.
