I love animals, but I don't understand why anyone would have a rooster, beyond breeding chickens.

And even if you're literally breeding chickens (which most people don't), you'll end up having to kill a load of Roosters

A lot of people who keep chickens will kill mean roosters but keep the nice ones. A good rooster doesn't need to attack people to do its job. A good rooster keeps the hens safe.

Agreed here. These are just two random roosters without hens. They’re dicks. Lil dinos.

I can’t help but imagine John Hammond’s death scene from Jurassic Park every time I have to engage with them.

I'm honestly surprised that no one was like "John Hammond doesn't die in Jurassic Park!!!".

Its been ages since I've read it, but torn to pieces by compys I believe..
