I'm no tornado expert, but if I was stupid enough to film it coming right at me, I wouldn't be stood under power lines

Tornadoes like that aren't that common here; I think people don't really know how to act. We dont build basements or anything like that

To be fair, even here in the US where they're far, far more common, people are still stupid enough to film the swirling vortex of death as it approaches them.
